Overview

2nd Line Server Engineer Newcastle £19,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience) Due to the expansion of my client's team they are opening a role for 2nd Line Server Engineers; the ideal candidate will have a solid technical support experience, as you will be in control of responding to a wide range of technical issues that will need investigating. Ideally the individual will be driven in solving problems, confident in taking control of situations that may arise, and provide customers with excellent customer service.
