1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - (Up to 26k) - Newcastle An IT solutions company which supplies to a range of industries is looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join their growing team. Their digital expertise allows them to help customers impact change in their digital vision by delivering strategic roadmaping. Main Duties - * Troubleshooting and resolving end-user IT incidents for customer sites and various projects. This will be professionally executed over the phone, email or in person. * Managing service desk responsibilities and infrastructure while maintaining (KPI's) and customer service standards. * Basic end-user computer operational duties. * Displaying a work hard attitude with great communication skills. Previous Technical Experience with - * Microsoft Azure, * Windows 10 * Office 365 * Windows Servers (including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.) * Networking (VLANs/LAN). * Vmware Desirable Experience with - * Experience in a previous end-user or service desk role. * Microsoft Teams * Knowledge of Apple and iOS. * Valid DBS. * No certifications required but holding ones relevant to the role would be advantageous.
