2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer - Newcastle You will be joining a small specialist team that manages a large portfolio of commercial and company specific applications. Role Benefits * Pension * Flexi-time * Training * Company parking Daily tasks will include- * Patching of server operating systems, application patches and upgrades, system configuration and troubleshooting of complex issues, supplier management and the provision of second-line end-user support. * Working with Exchange and migrating from on-premises Microsoft applications to O365 services. * Networking and troubleshooting Exchange for a wide range of complex issues.
