2nd Line Support Engineer (up to 30k) - Newcastle The role Patching of server operating systems and applications System configuration and upgrades Diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex issues Provision of second-line support for an end user. Previous project management is desirable. Experience needed * 2nd-line support experience * Previous experience in managing relationships with 3rd party software providers * Strong technical, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills * Windows Server Administrator Experience. * Excellent verbal and written communication. * General upgrades and support at service desk level. Coordinating this effectively. Technical Desires * Knowledge of 365, Microsoft Exchange, PowerShell, web dev, IIS, and database technologies.
