Overview
Eclectic are currently working with a reputable employer based in the centre of Cambridge to recruit for a Finance Manager. The post will be predominantly focused on managing and developing the team on a daily basis whilst assisting senior finance leaders with technical accountancy issues. Some of the areas this position will cover are: Monthly management and financial accounts Daily management of ledger teams Business partnering with departments across the organisation Providing sound financial guidance to non finance managers Other ad hoc duties as required In order to be successful in this role you will require the following skills and attributes: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA/ICAS) Prior team management experience Strong people skill’s with a coaching mentality Good communication skills For further details on the position please contact Jamie Morton at Eclectic for further details.
