Overview
Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading print & packaging manufacturer in their search for a Quality Manager to work at their Wrexham site. For the successful Quality Manager our client is offering: i. £34,000 to £38,000 per annum DOE ii. 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday iii. Excellent company package including Holidays, Pension iv. Excellent training and progression culture within the company The role - Quality Manager: i. Review the quality system as appropriate to ensure full compliance ii. Train and coach employees improving knowledge and skills in quality improvement iii. Establish and develop professional working relationships with customers, providing a technical service and reference point as required to support the company's products and reputation as a quality supplier iv. Manage the customer complaint procedure v. Lead quality initiatives and focus groups What our client is looking for in a Quality Manager: i. Previous experience in a similar role with a minimum of 5 years essential at a senior level desirable ii. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment essential iii. Project management and problem solving such as 6 Sigma iv.
