Overview

Sewell Wallis are working with a long standing and well recognised business in Doncaster who are looking for a Payroll & Accounts Assistant to join the stable and long-standing finance team. This is an excellent and very varied role and we're looking for someone who possesses both payroll & accounts exposure. The job; - Monthly payroll preparation for hourly and monthly paid employees - Processing payroll - Management of SSP, SMP and SPP - Calculating bonus payments - Inputting of weekly timesheets - Auto enrolment pension - Payroll month end and year end reporting - Sales invoicing - Coding and batching purchase ledger invoices - Maintaining excel cash book for all payments - Monthly bank reconciliations - Maintain and prepare daily cash flow - Checking, balancing and posting Petty Cash The benefits; - Working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm (37.5 hour week) - Pension scheme - 6 monthly attendance bonus - Westfield health scheme Sewell Wallis acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
