Payroll / Accounts Administrator Doncaster Permanent £25,000 to £30,000 Venatu recruitment group are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Payroll professional to join a well-established Doncaster business. Benefits: Competitive salary up to £30,000 pa Attendance bonus 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) which will increase with length of service opt in option for Westfield Health Responsibilities: Manage the monthly payroll for circa 120 staff for hourly and monthly paid staff, payroll processing, payments to staff, HMCR and Westfield etc Dealing with any attachments to earnings from CSA, Court Orders for fines and council tax arrears and student loans etc Management of SSP, SMP and SSP while ensuring that all forms required within the required timescales Calculating any attendance bonus and quarterly profit as staff meet the requirements Maintain and monitor absence/ sickness and holiday records Average holiday pay calculations for weekly time sheeted staff Manual keying in of daily load sheets onto spreadsheets for month end collation and drivers' hours calculations Inputting of weekly timesheets prepared from clocking in machine and manual forms for hourly paid staff Checking any auto enrolment pension information, and ensuring correct pension deductions from staff after waiting periods Payroll month end and year end reporting Any other adhoc finance related duties. Candidate Expectations: Extensive payroll experience built up over several years Strong Excel skills Good working knowledge of SSP, SMP, SPP, Student loans and attachment to earnings Strong communication skills Attention to detail.
