ON GOING TEMPORARY PAYROLL AND HR ADMINISTRATION JOB IN DONCASTER - 35 HOURS PER WEEK UNTIL Payroll & HR Administrator ON GOING TEMPORARY PAYROLL AND HR ADMINISTRATION JOB IN DONCASTER - 35 HOURS PER WEEK UNTIL Your new company Large corporate company in Doncaster. Your new role Due to a very busy period in the business we are looking for a Payroll & HR Administrator to join an established team. You will provide clerical and administrative support to the payroll function in the operation of running of 4-weekly and monthly payrolls. Key responsibilities will include: Processing of overtime, allowances, expenses and mileage claims Recording and monitoring of Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity and Statutory Paternity pay Processing of voluntary deductions Processing of tax forms Update of bank details changes from employees Perform internal checks on data processing Respond to pay related queries from employees and Managers Provide cover for other team members during period of annual leave or sickness Dealing with Human Resources and Pensions Administration Administrative responsibilities: Monitoring of emails in excess of 1000/month Manual extract of VAT Values from expenses receipts Weekly filing and archive of payroll documents What you'll need to succeed Skills and qualifications: 2 years' experience within Payroll and/or HR Friendly and adaptable with the ability to multi tasks and work to tight deadlines Flexibility around working hours required at peak processing Attention to details and accurate data entry required Excellent communication skills at all levels What you'll get in return Free parking, 35 hours a week, great modern environment.
