Overview
Pre-Assessment Nurse (Band 5) London Excellent Basic DOE Benefits We are currently looking for a dedicated Pre-Assessment Nurse to join our esteemed client’s Hospice Based in London with excellent transport links, over ground train and tube. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe assessment of patients & you will be able to demonstrate an advanced level of assessment skills with analysis of clinical findings to determine fitness to proceed to surgery. You will work using Lifebox pre-assessment software to ensure accurate health records are kept at all times – patient health records must be kept up to date at all times in line with Hospital policies. This role is Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm shift rota.
