Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 150 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing. We now require CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified mortgage & protection advisers with a proven track record in mortgage advice and critically protection advice as a broker, to work for one of our market leading new homes mortgage broker business partners, based in their highly successful STEPPS, GLASGOW office working in partnership with market leading New Home developers across Scotland due to continued growth & expansion. The lead generation is fantastic as they generate masses of mortgage leads per month from numerous new homes sites across the area. If you are ambitious, driven and have a desire for personal development & reward and a team player then we would like to hear from you. In return you will benefit from: Excellent earnings potential on a competitive employed package Realistic OTE £45-50K in year one Masses of leads provided from these well-established, market leading new homes sites Access to the UK’s leading exclusive mortgage deals via the L&G Mortgage Club & four quality life providers too Relevant experience of working in a new homes mortgage broker environment would also be a distinct advantage, although not essential, however an excellent telephone manner and protection advice experience are equally of critical importance as is the desire & drive to be hugely successful
