Overview
Our Client a fast-growing Alternative Finance business specialising in the residential property development finance market is looking to expand their team of Business Development Managers. A home-based opportunity my client is looking for Business Development Managers with strong credit skills in finance and/or residential development, a network of existing contacts including development brokers and High street banking experience. As a Business Development Manager you will have experience of building and developing new and existing relationships with Brokers and Developers alike as well as having experience of being involved in every aspect of the lifecycle of the deal. This Business Development Manager role will require you to be the company interface with existing customers, potential borrowers and professional introducers.
