Overview
About the role To provide quality assurance within a variety of operational areas within a financial services environment, by ensuring all policies, practices, procedures and processes are compliant and carried out in an accurate and timely manner to meet legal, regulatory, business and customer requirements. Monitor and evaluate to the business and regulatory requirements, Set actions to correct any nonconformity using the defined follow up process. Provide summary sheet reports for Team managers. Coordinate face to face meetings with Team Managers. Maintain a thorough understanding and ability to follow established processes and procedures for departmental areas. Support Training with Call One activity. Take part in Call Levelling sessions. About you Good attention span - Ability to stay focused on a task. PC literate. Effective communication (verbal and non verbal) Awareness of the general insurance industry, ideally some experience in any of the following; Car Motorcycle, Household, Commercial vehicle.
