Senior Quality Manager A new Senior Quality Manager role has risen with a precision engineering company who are established manufacturing leaders, who have continuously grown therefore need a Quality Manager to join their team. The Quality Manager who is successful in gaining their role, will be focusing on quality from a systems perspective and managing a team of engineers. Senior Quality Manager: The successful Senior Quality Manager who joins the company will have a strong manufacturing and precision background, having previously worked as a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Manager - managing a team, working with customers and submitting quality documents. You will be responsible the quality standards on site, communicating with suppliers, auditing and using modern quality tools to solve issues. Senior Quality Manager responsibilities: Submitting PPAPs, FMEAs, APQP and Control Plans Working to AS9100D standards Applying Six Sigma methodologies Creating KPIs Introduce Zero Defect tools Raise NCRs Quality Manager experience: Background in using measurement tools Six Sigma Green Belt or higher Must have a precision background or experience working in a precision environment AS9100D is desirable Ability to use Minitab would be an advantage Experience using modern quality tools (8Ds, 5Ys, Root Cause Analysis) Ability to submit PPAPs, FMEAs, APQPs and Control Plans Experience managing/supervising Benefits: £50,000 plus package and bonus depending on experience 20 days of holiday (more depending on seniority) Why Should You Apply?
