Overview
Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable Job - Start ASAP - Near Stansted - Free Parking Your new company You will be working for a company based near Stansted with modern offices. You will will need to drive as it is difficult to get to by public transport but easy to get to by car. You will also benefit from free car parking. Your new role You will be working within the accounts team and reporting to the Accounts Supervisor. Your duties will include: Purchase Ledger - processing invoices for different departments and for different entities. Reconciliations - Bank Recs Liaising with various stakeholders if there are queries or outstanding PO numbers Assisting with adhoc work as and when required. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be immediately available and be confident with purchase ledger. You must have a basic level of excel but be confident filtering/ sorting data. What you'll get in return This is a full time position on a temporary basis with a high chance of it leading to a permanent role. You will be able to start asap and will be paid weekly. You will get free parking with this position and free training to carry out the job.
