Overview
Due to an exciting time of expansion, our client, a leading Construction and Development company near Coventry, are recruiting for a Graduate Property Administrator to work alongside the Head of Estates. As the Property Administrator you will responsible for supporting the Head of Estates in their delivery of all landlord and tenant based matters associated with the management of the company’s property portfolio. Key responsibilities: Carry out tenant engagement with the occupiers of the portfolio to ensure that the company understand and supports the business needs of their tenants and the tenants know, understand and comply with their contractual and legal obligations under their agreements (and when necessary seek to enforce obligations) Carry out Rental Market Analysis Understand and follow policy and procedure set by the Compliance Team. Partaking in the continual communication with the Finance Team so efficient management of invoices/statements and debt is achieved Working alongside the Communications Team to ensure any vacant properties are effectively marketed Monthly reports to the Head of Estates You will be degree educated preferably within Business Management or Law; however other degrees will be considered. You should be able to show that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a complex workload as well as being able to demonstrate a strong track record of providing excellent customer service with the ability to think on your feet and take responsibility and ownership for the portfolio you will manage. The ability to monitor the financial costs of managing properties and scrutinise service charges would also be desirable. As part of this hard working team, the successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be willing to go the extra mile, and be happy to muck in as and when required with ad hoc tasks.
