Lettings Property Manager - Coventry - £20k Our client is a well-respected, Independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand in Coventry. An opportunity has arisen for a professional and experienced Property Manager to join their team . They have built up an impressive business over the last 7 years and pride themselves on their extensive local knowledge and vast cumulative experience in both Sales and Lettings. A successful Property Manager for residential lettings is dynamic, professional, well organised and friendly with excellent communication skills. You will need to be a problem solver with a get up and go attitude, be good at dealing with both clients and tenants and be well presented. The role available includes general letting administration and support, logging, assessing, and finding outcomes for maintenance queries, liaising with landlords and tenants routinely, liaising with tradespeople regularly, and carrying out detailed property inspections, inventories, check in and check outs amongst other associated Property Management Duties. As a property manager any new member of the team will be responsible for developing and maintaining a customer orientated service and ensuring that service standards are achieved within company policy, legislative and regulatory requirements. Main Responsibilities for this Property Manager role: ·Responsibility for a portfolio of managed properties ·Dealing with and organising any maintenance and repair works to be carried out ·Conducting Property Inspections ·Ensuring all properties are compliant including safety certificates ·Building and maintaining a strong relationship with all landlords and tenants. . Property manager Essential Skills: ·Lettings Property management experience is ESSENTIAL ·An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants - Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels ·Ability to work closely with a team ·Strong Organisational Skills ·Quick learner who thrives on attention to detail ·Desire to succeed - Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation ·Proven Leader with excellent problem-solving capability You must have Propert Management experience to apply for this position
