Our client, a vibrant, fast paced inbound call centre are looking to recruit a number of Information Adviser's to join their team during an unprecedented period of growth. Don't worry if you don't have previous call centre experience as full in-house training will be provided Although this role will initially be on a temporary basis there is potential for candidates to be considered for permanent opportunities down the line. The Role: Working in a fast paced inbound call centre environment Logging calls with customers onto internal systems Arranging any additional follow ups as required Raising issues to management where necessary The Person: Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Have a desire to 'go the extra mile' Previous customer service experience desirable, however a willingness to learn is a must as full training will be provided Reliable with a keen attitude for work Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week basic Overtime available at enhanced rates Working 5 of 7 days Flexible to work between 7am - 10pm If you feel like you meet the requirements of this role please apply.
