Overview

Our Newcastle based client is in the process of migrating from on-premises Microsoft applications to O365 services and are actively looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Senior Microsoft Exchange Administrator. As the successful applicant you will have experience of Exchange 2013 On-Premise and Exchange in O365 in particular providing administration and 2 nd /3 rd line support and strong diagnosis and troubleshooting experience of Exchange for a wide range of issues. You will be joining a small specialist team that manages a large portfolio of commercial applications. Additional tasks will include regular patching of server operating systems, application patches and upgrades, system configuration, documentation, diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex issues, supplier management and the provision of second-line end-user support. Requirements: Minimum 2 years as an Exchange Administrator Experience of On-Premise and O365 Exchange environments Good PowerShell knowledge and script writing 2 nd /3 rd line support experience with Microsoft Exchange/Outlook Previous involvement in Exchange to O365 migration would be advantageous Windows Server, Database (Oracle & SQL), and previous 2 nd line application support would be desirable. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be eligible to live and work in the UK without any restrictions. Candidates must also be eligible for SC Clearance so must have lived and worked in the UK for a minimum of 5 years. Please note only candidates with all of the above will be considered for this role.
