As a Lead Software Engineer your Java / DevOps / Agile skills will be put to use right away As will your ability to think on your feet and both motivate the team and ensure that they are completing projects following coding best practices and to a set time scale. Primarily, you will be ensuring the deployment of software to a high standard by managing your team. You will be working with an agile environment, to design, develop and maintain applications, working very closely with the team lead to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
