As a Senior Software Engineer your Java / Spring / Agile skills will be put to use right away As will your ability to think on your feet and both motivate the team and ensure that they are completing projects following coding best practices and to a set time scale. You will be working with an agile environment, working with the team to design, develop and maintain applications and will be working very closely with the team lead to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. You will be required to collaborate with other developers across new teams and having opportunities to input ideas to come up with solutions to problems that may pop up from time to time.
