As a Sales Advisor you will; Call Customers who have previously enquired about treatments Calling back people who have enquired online or been sent a brochure Take inbound calls from customers looking to make a booking Offer a friendly and consultative assistance to potential patients Engage with customers and build rapport Show empathy and understanding Qualify appointment but checking eligibility for the desired procedure Put customers at ease by fact finding and reassuring them throughout the process Booking free consultation appointment with expert consultants and surgeons To be successful as a Sales Advisor; We are interested in seeing candidates with experience as a sales advisor, consultant executive, or customer service advisor with some targeted selling experience. You will have experience working in an office based telephone based role, call centre or contact centre. A proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales and quality targets and KPIs Have a genuine interest in helping people and enjoy building relationships Package Basic Salary £20,000 On Target Earning circa £25000 per year Offices within Exchange Quay, 3 minutes' walk from the tram stop Discount on surgical and non-surgical procedures. Working shift pattern including some evenings and Saturdays (closed Sunday)
