Accounts Manager | Blackburn | £25000 - £30000 | Full time & Permanent | Onsite Parking Your new company You will be working for a growing manufacturing business based in Blackburn, Lancashire. This business specialise in a range of industries inclusive of design and manufacturing. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Manager to join their team on a permanent and full time basis. Your new role As Accounts Manager, you will be reporting to the Director of the business and be the main point of contact for all finance related queries on site. Your role will be extremely varied, but your core responsibilities will include processing the purchase invoices, generating sales invoices, reviewing employee expense reports and managing the full month and year end close down process inclusive of P&L, balance sheet and production orders and providing variance analysis explanations. Due to the structure of the business, your role will also involve inventory management, payroll administration, consolidation of purchase order invoices and issuing of materials and order tracking. This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful for this role, you should have experience working in a similar position previously and be comfortable working in a standalone finance position. Ideally, you would have experience working on Sage or SAP, however this can be trained. You should have excellent levels of customer service, strong communication and analytical skills and have the ability to stay focused. What you'll get in return In return for this, you will be offered a competitive annual salary between £25000 - £30000 per annum, Benefits will also include onsite parking, 28 days holiday and pension. You will be joining a fast paced business, where you will be given full autonomy to manage the accounts department.
