Customer Service Sales Adviser - £20k - £21k basic, depending on exp. commission Louth LN11 - Join our small friendly team You will have a positive telephone manner and enjoy building customer relationships. Providing CUSTOMER support Taking INBOUND CALLS regarding customer orders & processing orders, upselling where possibleUsing MS Office to complete relevant Admin Speaking to clients who are placing orderstaking order details & book in delivery etcTo include all aspects of account management, customer service & support, as well as efficiently responding to customer inquiries. You will need a Pleasant telephone manner as you will make SALES calls, be Enthusiastic and have previous experience in a similar role Hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Join this small friendly team Great commission & prospects
