Hays are working with one of the UK largest Architectural practices in seeking an Associate for their London studio. They are a long-established firm, with a network of studios in the UK and Europe. They expertise spans across all sectors, and they posses an enviable track record of projects; they pride themselves on regional strength yet with international outlook. The strong leadership and senior management focus on delivering the best possible results, and this client-centric approach has given them their rich history, and award-winning track-record. They have identified and pin-pointed the need for a new Associate, that they see as integral to growth and building strength in their London studio. The role will echo the vision and values of the senior directors, and you will possess excellent leadership ability to bring forward the staff within the team and delivery of projects. The management philosophy is to lead-from-the-front, and crucially you will be someone unafraid to hit challenges and tasks face-on; displaying confidence, gravitas and encouragement to the team. Although the project types vary, their London office has a core client base within volume and high rise residential, and a candidate with similar interest and experience in this sector would be highly desirable, across all stages and particularly within delivery. The practice also prides itself in being one of the first to operate at BIM stage level 2, and likewise a candidate experienced in pushing BIM and Revit technologies would be regarded highly.
