Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to work for this successful charity. Your duties will be as follows: Providing advice and support to the management team on all HR policies Liaising with staff with regard to HR issues, processes and systems Ensuring queries and requests are acknowledged and actioned Responsible for recruitment and selection Adverting vacancies online and dealing with all correspondence Arranging interviews and preparing interview packs Dealing with all pre-employment checks and sending out starter letters Responsible for all starter and leaver information Responsible for contracts, flexible working requests and maternity plans Managing employee records and inputting payroll data Conducting disciplinary and grievance meetings and taking notes as needed Responsible for pay reviews You will have worked in a similar role before and have embarked on your CIPD qualification. Salary £20000-£22000
