Payroll and Benefits Officer job - job based in Kingston / London Media Company - Job paying £45,000 Your new company A Marketing agency are looking for a permanent Payroll and Benefits Officer to work in their London headquarters on a sole charge basis. Your new role This role reports into the Rewards Director and as the Payroll and benefits specialist you will be responsible for processing the monthly payroll. Duties involve: Processing payroll for 700 employees and advise employee with regards to statutory payments such as maternity and paternity. You will work closely with the Benefits Manager to provide relevant support and reports for the company. Managing company benefits systems , negotiating new contracts and streamlining process What you'll need to succeed You will have experience in a similar role (Payroll AND benefits) and have excellent knowledge of UK legislation.
