Overview

Global Health and Wellness company are looking for a bilingual French/English Business Development Manager to join their team. THIS ROLE BASED JUST OUTSIDE LONDON BUT RESPONSIBLE FOR GROWING THE FRENCH MARKET AND THEREFORE THE INDIVIDUAL MUST BE PREPARED FOR TRAVEL THROUGHOUT FRANCE AS WELL Working with their indepedent Sales Leaders, you will be responsible for influencing and helping them grow their business, develop skills, and accomplish their goals by mentoring and coaching them. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain strong relationships with Leaders in the region (France). Effectively share strategies, best practices, and vital behaviors with them to improve their business. Assist leaders in establishing personal and team goals. Work daily with them through field visits, calls, social media, and targeted one-on-one coaching to help them strategize and make a plan to achieve their business goals. Manage regional social media groups and other social platforms, to provide updates, training, recognition and to respond to Leaders questions and comments. Research and understand customer and market trends to influence network strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the company's KPIs. Contribute to the development and leadership of regional market councils. Other duties as assigned. We are looking for someone who has experience in Coaching and developing and has a strong sales background. Must be energetic and driven and have the desire to succeed
