About Office Test Office Test is a leading provider of electrical testing, health and safety and fire safety for businesses across the UK. Headquartered in High Holborn, London, we’ve been in the market since 2005 and we currently work with more than 5,500 clients across all industries, delivering our range of services. The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced electrical scheduler to join our growing operations department. You’ll be part of a busy environment responsible for allocating electrical work to multiple engineers and assisting the operations team where required. The right candidate will need to have experience in a similar role and have some electrical knowledge. As an ever growing organisation this is a great opportunity for someone to develop, learn and progress. Responsibilities : ·Assign and coordinate all scheduling activities for electricians and other service engineers ·Liaise with sales team regarding incoming enquiries and availability ·Changing status of jobs and completing projects off to hit monthly targets set ·Chasing information for job completion ·Dealing with on-site engineers enquiries and technical query escalation ·Liaise with electrical department for the smooth running of jobs ·Monitor workloads, analyse data and advise manager of any short falls ·Support the operations team where required ·Report to Head of Operations Skills and Experience: ·Experience in a similar role ·Strong time management skills ·Good written and verbal communication skills ·Sound problem solving ability ·Process orientated and meticulous ·Recognises areas where support is required and offers assistance ·IT skills - conversant in Microsoft programs Benefits: ·Competitive Salary ·Career Opportunities ·28 Days Holiday (Inc.
