An exciting opportunity has arisen for an International Customer Service Representative to manage the end to end order process for a wide range of products. The successful candidate will be responsible for being the main point of contact for customers, processing orders, arrange export shipments and securing payments. Due to business growth, they are looking for an International Customer Service Representative to join their team. Description The successful International Customer Service Representative will be responsible for being the main point of contact for customers, processing orders, arrange export shipments and securing payments. Profile The successful candidate will be/have: Experience within a sales administration, distribution operation or customer service, which will include experience in a ROW trade environment Previous experience of Letters of Credit Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Job Offer Salary £28k - £30k per annum Monday - Friday Great working environment
