Overview

Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a well-established business in Romsey. The client is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for 6 months. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for: • Matching, checking and coding invoices • Manage the accounts payable processes for all business entities • Intercompany invoice processing • Processing cheque and BACS payment • Maintain and reconcile daily cash book • Reconcile Credit Card statements • Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details • Reconciliation of Supplier statements • Being first point of contact for all purchase ledger enquiries • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers • Produce purchase invoice query reports • Liaise with Procurement to resolve any purchase invoice issues • Ad Hoc The successful Purchase Ledger candidate is likely to have had previous Purchase Ledger experience in a retail environment.
