YMCA Thames Gateway are looking for a fixed term Housing Officer to join our progressive housing team who manage two buildings where light touch housing support is required. You will have a case load of between 45 and 85 properties all located within two buildings. If you are able to conduct yourself in a professional manner, have the skills to manage a tenancy case load with minimal supervision and have good knowledge of current and future benefit arrangements you just may be the person we are looking for.
