Overview
Finance Analyst - Bracknell - Paying up to £45,000 per annum, with benefits Wade Macdonald are currently partnering with a successful, growing business based in Bracknell town centre with the role of Finance Analyst. This brand new position within the business will be suited toward a part-qualified candidate seeking a role that will give them exposure to all areas of finance and offer development opportunities. They will be involved in the reporting of the overall divisional results, including Forecasting and Budgeting across the division. Responsibilities of Finance Analyst: Variance Analysis - Proactively analyses P&L variances and present results concisely and assist in preparation of Divisional Monthly Trading report Budgeting and Forecasting - Provide support to Divisional Finance Team in the preparation and delivery of Annual Budgets and monthly forecasts. Analytical skills - Analyses financial data and create financial models for ad hoc requests. Process improvements - identify and recommend process improvements including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards Financial ad hoc requirements - Ad hoc requirements to work on a number of business activities as requested. Qualities needed for culture fit - Experience of business finance or other relevant experience Technology: expert user of reporting systems and analysis tools to deliver timely and accurate reporting to support business decisions High performance: able to contribute to the success of a high performing team, communicating effectively with others and influencing in a matrix without direct authority Financial Modelling : High proficiency in financial modelling techniques Excel Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel Self-Starter: Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of problem solving Skills required Part Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Strong Excel skills and experience in financial modelling Good interpersonal and communication skills What can we offer you?
