EMEA Finance Leader

Our advanced materials are critical in the manufacture of products ranging from nylon to computer chips to pharmaceutical packaging. We are looking for an EMEA Finance Leader to be the CFO for our Thermal Solutions business, who will lead a $250M manufacturing business P&L comprising of 2 key factories and 40 plus sales affiliates across the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities: * Leading a team of commercial finance professionals through Close, SIOP, MBR, Forecasting, and AOP cycles * Driving ownership of balanced financial performance (Revenue, Operating Income, Working Capital, Free Cash Flow) at the appropriate levels of the organization * Partnering with the EMEA General Manager to develop an MOS that drives accountability for the results * Acting as COO and financial adviser to the leadership team to align business decisions which enable performance to quarterly financial commitments * Building trusted relationships with not only the GM but Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Collections, and ISC leaders * Driving margin expansion through strategic and tactical price actions, factory and sourcing productivity, and growth * Actively engaging in and supporting the rigor of the SIOP process * Participating in M&A activities, as appropriate * Full engagement in SAP deployments to ensure solutions and go-lives enable business success
