Overview

With budgets coming to the horizon in April to some it may seem that councils are shying away from offering their most competitive rates – as always with Frontline things work differently. Due to a relocation within the team I am currently seeking a social worker to join a stable child protection team in the west country (commutable from Bristol, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire – and maybe even Wales). I can personally vouch for the stability as we currently have social workers in placement for over 18 months. The team will be looking for someone who can handle a complex caseload of cases, with a potential option to specialise in CSE if it interests you. The management team is supportive, and feedback from current and long standing team members is consistently positive.
