An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Accounts department for a Billing Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term or Permanent contract. Proven billing coordinator experience is essential in this role and ideally, you will have working knowledge of Aderant/Elite. Your Duties And Responsibilities Will Include Maintaining a portfolio of WIP in order to ensure timely billing and effective management of matters. Attending monthly meetings with Partners to discuss billing. Submitting WIP reports to the Partners & Fee Earners when required. Producing Billing Guides, Invoices & Credit Notes. Generating reports from SSRS as required by Partners & Fee Earners.
