Overview
We are looking for a personable Service Desk Support 1st Line and 2nd Line to join the team on a 3 - 6 month temporary contract. Our client is a prestigious brand and the role will be based at their Enstone site and offers a chance to work with a great brand in the stunning offices. Job Overview: Providing dedicated support to a busy team. Responsible for repairing/replacing/maintaining end user computers, mobile phones and printing devices. Other aspects of the role will include administrative tasks associated to the successful operation of the IT Department. Main Responsibilities: Staffing of IT Service Desk during working hours Taking part in on call rota for out of hours support Asset tracking and management of all hardware Contact with 3rd party support providers for faulty equipment New starters / Leavers process Installation or changes to user hardware and software Administration of Team systems Support for Team and Marketing Events Meeting / Video Conferencing Setup & Support Skills and Experience: Microsoft Application Set Microsoft Windows 10 Office 365 Cloud offerings Desktop hardware knowledge Understanding of Active Directory Person Type Enthusiastic, dynamic, responsible person with a strong desire to succeed Desire to deliver exceptional customer service Strong team ethic and can-do attitude Ability to work under pressure Positive Personality Excellent communicator What's in it for you?
