Overview

A global leader in Alternative Asset Management are looking for an exceptional Support Analyst to work in their small high performing team. Are you used to working in a high pressure environment and thrive on the challenges of taking responsibility for getting things done? Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and take pride in your work? This is no ordinary desktop support role, proactivity and getting away from your desk and in amongst the users (of all levels) is all part of a normal day. Technically you should be proficient in several of the following: Office 365, Windows 10 Jabba, webex Hardware and building machines Bitlocker or other similar security systems Cisco phone system (or other unified communications system such as mitel or avaya) Servicenow Plus many others You'll be a naturally inquisitive person who wants to problem solve and be able to articulate yourself to both technical and especially non-technical users to put their mind at ease.
