The organisation is currently seeking an experienced Legal Project Manager to undertake a newly created role within the Client & Legal Management team. With responsibility for managing and delivering client-facing legal projects and matters, you will focus on improving profitability, efficiency and client service. A broad brief includes: •Supporting lawyers, clients & key stakeholders in defining scope of projects & matters •Identifying the most appropriate project delivery approach based on business needs, project risk, impact & cost •Provision of strategic & operational project management support on projects & matters •Line management of colleagues working on projects •Identifying potential improvements to profitability, project management efficiency & client service As an experienced end-to-end Project Manager with a comprehensive track record of client-facing project management roles, you will have worked within the Legal or Professional Services sector, demonstrate an understanding of law firm financial/performance metrics and evidence of delivering value to clients. The role demands a proactive, forward thinking individual who is determined and committed to challenging the status quo to improve legal service delivery, efficiency and profitability. With outstanding interpersonal skills, the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders and the ability to work cross-functionally within the business, you will be seeking to add value immediately.
