Overview
Junior DevOps / Application Support Analyst AWS, API, Postman, SQL, CI/CD, Agile, Jira Working with - Elasticsearch, Datadog, AWS Microservices, Slack, Amazon RDS, Kubenetes. Seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior DevOps / Application Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line application support of AWS based applications. You will provide Application Support / DevOps support with bespoke, in-house developed transactional ticketing and reservation travel applications - requiring skills troubleshooting with APIs and database log files. Their applications connect with multiple third party applications and websites requiring API troubleshooting expertise. Technical skills sought with APIs (Postman), Microservices, CI/CD, Source Control, and Jira in an agile development environment. Kubernetes Pods. You will use Elastic Search, AWS, Elastic Beanstalk, Datadog, Sumo Logic and Amazon Cloud Watch The client is a growing, industry leader, employing 2,000 people, with a turnover £1Bn and based near King's Cross, London. As an Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for: Handling issues, contacts and tickets raised to the application support team Managing Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests, Problems. Resolving incidents, reproduction of issues in test environments, and documentation. Use of diagnostic tools, interpret error codes and system messages.
