Overview
Spanish or Italian speakers needed As a Collections Agent at Intrado, you will be responsible for chasing payments from customers via telephone or email, while delivering exceptional customer service to our English and Spanish / Italian speaking customers. Tasks include: Maintain customer account databases. Reduce debtor days Assist in the maintenance and improvement of debt collection procedures Post / e-mail copies of invoices to customers This role offers a unique opportunity to build a career within an accounting team without the requirement of formal qualifications. We will ensure you receive the required training to be confident in our processes, systems etc. to allow you to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
