If the answer is yes, this is the role for you… The role: Working as a Mortgage Customer Service Manager you'll lead a group of Team Managers and wider Customer Service Consultants to meet objectives and service level agreements. A large focus of your role will be your people and your ability to provide them with a safe environment in which to grow and thrive. You will work in collaboration with the Director of the business area to ensure the overarching strategy is right and that the team are all working towards it. You will also cultivate strong relationships across the wider business and its customers and ensure a truly customer centric culture is adopted by all, taking feedback where necessary. This is a role that will see you and the team process high volumes of customer data and work at pace, therefore it's essential that you thrive within such an environment. Skills/Experience Experienced in managing customer service operational areas in an insurance and/or banking environment In depth understanding of individual pension schemes and distribution channels Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills Ability to work at pace Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide individual mentoring Visit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
