MORTGAGE ADVISOR BIRMINGHAM UP TO £30,000 £50,000 OTE ALL LEADS PROVIDED THE OPPORTUNITY: Get Recruited is working with a well-established and rapidly expanding firm who are looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their highly successful team. All leads will be provided for you, and you will be expected to offer a consultative approach when speaking with new and existing clients. As the Mortgage Advisor you will ensure that all advice is in accordance with FCA regulations, whilst gaining additional revenue through upselling additional services. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to work for a leading organisation, where you will be provided with all your leads and be supported by an administration team. RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for any client queries Quickly establishing rapport with clients, offering a consultative approach and fully understanding their needs Advising clients on the most appropriate mortgages and loans available to them Building cases to put forward to the underwriter Upselling additional protection such as life insurance Ensuring all advise is accurate and in accordance with FCA regulations Build a strong rapport with customers to maximise opportunities Working towards targets and KPI's THE PERSON: Experience in offering Mortgage/Financial advice Full CeMAP / MAQ qualification is essential At least 1 years' experience within contractor mortgages, self employed mortgages, bad credit mortgages, adverse market mortgages, foster carer mortgages is essential Whole of market experience would be beneficial but not essential Confident to manage a large amount of leads A resilient, positive and friendly approach The ability to work under pressure ABOUT THE BENEFITS: Basic salary up to £30,000 OTE £50,000 All leads provided Free parking 31 days holiday Monday to Friday 9-5 TO APPLY: To please send your CV for immediate consideration.
