Overview
A fantastic opportunity has come available for my clients based in Birmingham City Centre. They are currently looking for qualified Mortgage Advisors to come on board due to high volume of leads and a massive database that can be tapped into. They are currently experiencing a lot of referrals coming through from the estate agency side of the business. They are looking for hungry and experienced Mortgage Advisors to join their growing team and successful estate agency business. Role: Servicing all the in-house referrals effectively. Feeding back on the success rate, having input with the operations team to help them constantly improve achieving more and more volume Source the right products for your client's criteria Helping & guiding clients through the process Provide exceptional levels of customer service Maintain good client relationships Requirements: CeMap 1,2 & 3 is essential Experience in whole of market would be preferable. Proven track record working in a sales target environment or managing a busy-workload with deadlines Highly motivated individual with proven track record of success. Excellent communication skills; written & verbal In return for this position you would be looking to earn a first year OTE of between £50,000 - £60,000. My clients will also offer a guarantee for the first few months and offer a 50/50 split for any provided leads and a 70/30 split for any self-generated business.
