Hosted Provisioning Co-Ordinator Reports to: Hosted Manager Usual office location: Basingstoke Office hours: 8.00am -5.00pm Hosted Provisioning Co-Ordinator - The Business My client is a rapidly growing, multi award winning business with their customers at the heart. Hosted Provisioning Co-Ordinator - The Team The Hosted team are responsible for the provision and the delivery of service to Hosted customers along with any other administration duty raised. Hosted Provisioning Co-Ordinator - Role Summary To provision and support all new Hosted customers to ensure effective delivery of service along with any Hosted post sales for existing customers while delivering exceptional customer service to the client. Hosted Provisioning Co-Ordinator - Key areas of responsibility including Looking after Projects which consists of: Designing project and communication plans for the solution delivery Co-ordination of internal and external resource Raising Purchase Orders and ordering materials to be sent to customers Liaising with networks on provisioning orders Continued updates on progress of project to customer Configuration of Hosted orders Adding all aspects of the project billing to CRM Fixed Rejects & Billing Queries Cease and re-provides Skills and Experience Positive can-do attitude Tenacious personality as problems can be complex and involved Confident personality, prepared to be innovative and lead changes to processes, seeking continual efficiencies Professional attitude Completer finisher, able to take a task and follow it to the end without close supervision Team player Great attention to detail IT Literate Decision making skills Proven problem-solving attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Track record of working under pressure and to deadlines To apply for the Hosted Provisioning Co-Ordinator opportunity, please send your CV ASAP.
