Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the largest integrated Community and Mental Health provider in the country. Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) has grown to a turnover of over £530m and operates across three planning units and in over 100 sites. The Goodall Division - Director for Mental Health, Hillingdon and Outer London Services is a new role and represents an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior operational leader to support the continued development of a wide range of community and mental health services as we seek to build on our approach to Integrated Care Partnerships. Working in the largest Division in the Trust, the post holder, with the support of our Associate Director of Outer London Community Healthcare Services, will strategically leading CNWL community adult physical and mental healthcare provision in the relevant outer boroughs and in particular lead CNWL’s adult services representation in the place-based partnerships in Hillingdon (Hillingdon Health and Care Partnership) and in Ealing (Ealing Community Partners). The role is directly operationally responsible for Hillingdon Mental Health services and for CNWL’s Mental Health Rehabilitation services in London. This includes leadership on behalf of the Division in delivering mental health transformation in line with the Trust model and representing Mental Health at Divisional Board level. The ideal candidate will require a relentless focus on continuous improvement to help us build on what we have already achieved. They will be an experienced and ambitious operations professional, who is able to lead a geographically dispersed and multidisciplinary workforce with pace and energy. Beyond that, the post holder will need the ability to enable staff to deliver the highest levels of operational performance and ensure consistency at all levels.
