Overview
Our client is seeking a live in Building Manager to manage and oversee a high end residential building based in North London. Working hours are Monday - Friday (8am-5pm) Naturally being a resident position, The Building Manager will also be required to be on call for emergencies. Your duties will include managing a team of front desk porters, cleaners and handyman and running the day to day operations at this building. This role includes a 1 bedroom flat, with all expenses paid (IE. Council tax, heating, water rates, electricity, internet, etc). Candidates must have experience in managing a team of staff and the ideal candidate would have worked in a live-in role in the residential sector already.
