Overview
CCNP Senior Network Engineer Leading Systems Integrator are currently looking to recruit an additional Senior Network Engineer to join their NOC. Their Senior Network Engineers form part of both their NOC and project team making this a diverse interesting opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting their clients globally, helping to deliver a number of technical projects and services. The candidate will also be responsible for providing technical support as part of a large network team supporting multiple clients. The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include: • Working with customers on projects and technical solutions producing configuration and installation documentation, • Carrying out network design, specification and configuration. • Troubleshooting network problems Researching specific solutions and projects, • Managing network changes in accordance with any required change management process, providing 3rd line technical support Out of hours work to implement technical solutions. Essential skills and knowledge: Minimum of Cisco CCNP qualification required Cisco qualifications in routing, switching. • At least 3 years hands on Cisco experience.
