Overview

I have an exciting role working for a vibrant funky company in Milton Keynes as a Customer Support Team Leader. The focus of the role is to motivate a team and be responsible for delivering customer service to a high standard. This client lives and breathes their customers and need someone who also believes that and wants to keep the business growing. You will be supporting a team who are providing customer support to a large customer base through multiple channels. No two days will be the same, you will face new challenges as you help grow a team. You will support with one to one's, engaging and motivating the team. You will be leading by example and ensuring that levels of service are met. You will contribute to the team, help develop and contribute to new projects. For this role you need to have experience of managing a team within a similar role, developing a team to deliver great customer service and have good people skills. Solid IT skills including Excel, Word and CRM databases. It is essential to enjoy customer service and want to drive a team to enjoy and want to help customers.
