1 st / 2 nd Line Support Engineer Job title: 1 st / 2 nd Line support Engineer Job Type: Permanent Location: Birmingham Salary £20,000 - £25,000 per annum My Client seeks a 1 st / 2 nd Line Support Engineer to join their service desk team. The ideal candidate will be looking to develop their IT support career with opportunities to become a 3 rd Line support engineer. 1 st / 2 nd Line Support Engineer Responsibilities: · Assisting on the service desk offering both 1 st and 2 nd line support. · Supporting various projects · Occasionally visiting client sites when issues cannot be resolved remotely. · Escalate any issues to the 3 rd Line support team · Work within KPI’s and SLA’s 1 st / 2nd Line Support engineers’ skills and experiences required: · Two years’ experience working within IT support. · Experience supporting Microsoft servers 2003 – 2016. · Desktop support Windows 10. · Experience working with Microsoft products, Office 365, Active directory. · Exposure to Dreytek network routers and switches. · Exposure to fire walls/ If you interested in the 1 st / 2 nd Line Support engineer position click to apply.
